Location is great, about 5 mins quick walk to station.

Room next to reception is large room but it was so noisy to sleep especially over the weekends, operations room next door, traffic at reception and guests rowdy noises in late night, so you either get larger room with noise at 3rd floor or small room hopefully with not much noise at 10th floor, the door and wall make no sound proof capabilities

Good comfortable room size, bed is big enough, the amenities provided are quite complete and practical, bathroom etc is clean. In terms of location there are many good restaurants nearby

Breakfast hot dishes do not offer a lot of variety, basically the same every day and every time I stay. Also could use a better coffee machine.

Just talking to my family to stay here (they plan to go in May).

Location is the best sell. Lots of Japanese stay here. Their standard is quite high so need not to say how good it is. The staff always has a smile and polite!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Deluxe room and it didn't feel small for 2 people with 2 carry-on luggage. Breakfast is pretty good and is included. Wifi works well. We were on the fourth floor and the noise from the street wasn't too bad. We rarely heard people on the same level except for door opening/closing.

Not really. I did expect the hotel to be closer to the MRT station but it's still only a 5- minute walk.

Great location, Comfort stay, recommended!

Location is great! only 7 minutes from the ZhongShan station, which is one stop from the Taipei main station, most of the attractions are only a few stops away! so handy! quite a few restaurants nearby, even a 24 hours McDonalds just up the road and a FamilyMart. Onsite Laundry Room, also very handy! The staff at the front desks are amazing! Ever so nice and ever so helpful. Room is very clean, have everything we need. free bottles of water everyday. The staff even packed some breakfast for us on the morning we left since we will be leaving before breakfast starts. Thanks so much!

What was the highlight of Just Sleep - Lin Sen

Surprisingly disappointing stay

Staff were friendly and tried the best within their ability to help, but a broken boiler is beyond their control.

We had stayed at this property for many times before and never had a problem (except once before). But this time returning from a cold winter night, we found that there is NO hot water supply for shower in our room. We were told that the boiler on our floor was broken and we either have to change to another room at downstairs or take a shower in the room at the front desk. As we are staying for couple nights and had our personal belonging scattered in the room, we ended up to have to pack up everything in the middle of the night (after a tired long day) for the move. The room we were offered were SMALLER than the original one we paid for and NO refund was offered to us for the differences in price. It was definatley NOT a fun experience. A better job ought to be done to ensure the essentials, such as hot water supply, aircond, toilet etc are properly functional or else it will be very difficult for us to stay here again! We were so worn out and we were late for attending the convention next morning.

fabulous!

the staff were super helpful and friendly. they went above and beyond when we had questions or requests. the location was great. walking distance to so many markets and temples and the MRT! they had free laundry which was an unexpected surprise. the happy hour from 5-7 was also a surprise. the breakfast was comprehensive for eastern and western tastes. i also liked that they had soap dispensers on the counter and in the shower. it minimizes on the plastic bottles and i appreciated that. i would definitely stay there again!

the lighting in the room was off since a few bulbs were out. otherwise, no complaints.
